

HOW OUR SERVICES WORK
SELECT YOUR SERVICE PLAN
At Finance Repair Service, we offer a variety of service plans that will fit your needs and budget. Unlike other credit repair companies that will charge you hundreds of dollars or more per month for years, we offer service plans on a one time basis. This means if you select the 60 Day service plan, then you are only charged a one time service fee of $59.99 plus tax and your service is covered for 60 days from the start of service. We do not charge monthly service fees, there is no contracts to sign , there are no additional hidden fees and you are not obligated to keep the service and you can cancel at anytime hassle free.
CEASE & DESIST
The debt collectors are more than likely calling you, they are sending you letters in the mail, they are also contacting you at work and your relatives. The debt collectors are contacting you at night and on weekends. This can be very embarrassing and cause a detrimental impact on your well being and day to day life. At your request we will send out a personalized cease and desist letter for you. This is a free service and is at no additional cost to you. If you never make any attempts to stop the debt collection harassment, the methods of contacting you will continue for years until you put a stop to it.
HOW IT WORKS
The first step in getting started is for you to create your user profile from the service plan that you selected. Your payment will be held until proof of first work has been presented to you. We will then need for you the customer to allow us on your behalf to send out letters to all three of the three major credit bureaus to obtain your three credit reports so that we can begin your service. This usually takes a few minutes to have your data uploaded to your portal. The next step is your free consultation where we will discuss the items on your credit report that is affecting your credit. Once you have obtained copies of your credit reports, we will need for you to upload your documents on your profile so that we can review your credit report. Next , we will assemble custom cease and desist letters for you free of charge to any debt collector that my be contacting you so that the unwanted communications will stop. You will then gain access to your personal credit monitoring portal so that you can see the items being disputed, letters sent out on your behalf and view your credit score through all three of the credit bureaus as they update.
ANALYSIS
We will analyze your credit reports for items that are reporting to all three of the major credit bureaus. This will give us more insight on where and how to begin the validation of debt process. We will provide you with a questionnaire that will ask vital questions pertaining to your credit. The questionnaire must be completed before we can begin service.
GETTING STARTED
We will provide you the consumer a link to FTC.gov with an outline of CROA ( Credit Repair Organization Act) guidelines. You will be sent a outlining of the services that have been preformed through your Client Access Portal and the service plan that you have selected.
DISPUTE LETTERS
Once you complete your consultation, we will compare it with items listed on your credit report, we will allow you to select up to a specific number of items per your service plan on your credit report to be challenged. One of the many letters we send out is called a ‘Validation of Debt’ letter. This is a very powerful letter requesting that the debt collector to prove that they have the right to collect any debt from you the consumer. If the validation of debt letter is sent early in the process it may at times, but not all the time stop the debt collector from progressing with attempting to sue you. The ability to request validation of debt is your right as a consumer and the debt collectors are required by law to respond to you with proof that you owe any debt within 30 business days. If the debt collector fails to respond to you within 30 business days, then the item must be deleted from your credit report at once.
STAYING INFORMED
Once we send out your dispute letter, inquiry and cease & desist letters , we will notify you within 24-48 hours that your letters have been sent out. Your letters will be sent to the debt collector via certified mail with signature required and a tracking number will be provided to you for your records. We will document the day the letters are sent out and wait for a timely response from the debt collector. If the debt collector fails to respond within 30 business days then the items must be removed from your credit report.
KEEP IN TOUCH
Many debt collectors will respond to the your validation letters , it's imperative that if you receive any correspondence from the debt collector, please forward us a copy of the letters as soon as possible! At times debt collectors may try many stall tactics to prevent you from having the items disputed properly so please reach out to us as soon as possible by email at financerepairservice@mail.com.
